Who's side are you in WoW?

[:1]I am a firm believer of the Roleplaying Theory. That the very first character you make in a roleplaying game, as well as the one you invest the most in truly characterizes who you are the most favorable to. So I would just like to know(for those of you who have WoW and frequent the Singleplayer forums), that who are you truly in WoW? I'll start off.

Server Type: PvP Tichonderus

Main Character(added the last name): Stanlium Deathfist

Race: Orc

Class: Rogue

Level as of post: 50

Number of raids against alliance: 2 major incursions, 1 Major gankfest in the Wetlands.|||Server type: RP Earthen ring

Main character: Col'jun(or it should be but sadly it is Coljun)

Race: Troll

Class: Hunter

Level as of post: 33

Number of raids against the alliance: 1 counter raid and multiple times defending against allaince raids|||This no wonder...

because many pet owners look like there pets.|||I agree. The first character I picked... I havn't made a second one yet, becaue I don't think any other would be as right for me.

Shattered Hand, PvP server. All my friends are there, so...

Name: Varulf (I was going to name myself Aggooo, but same letters three times in a row was a no-no)

Race: Orc. My favorite race in Warcraft, I love their shamanistic ways with the dark past of corruption.

Class: Warlock. I'm a magician lover at heart, and also a loner. The warlock is a superb solo-class, and the summon provides all the companion I need.

Level: 30.

Talents: Destruction-based, mostly. I like to kill things, fast.

Number of raids: 0. Mostly because I'm a loner, but also because my computer can't handle that many players at the same time. it's sad but true.

edit: so you're a rouge, huh... does that mean that you're a complete asshole that backstabs people half your level when they are already in battle? I hate those kinds of people, they should have their accounts removed, or get electricuted everytime they log in or something.|||If I had WoW, I would probably divide my time equally between Dwarf Paladin, Tauren Shaman, Human Mage, and Undead Warlock.|||I'm an undead rogue trying to recruit members of the Horde into the Forsaken. Eventually, she plans to help the Shattered Hand mastermind the assassination of Thrall.

NOTE: I completely disagree with this theory.|||Server Type: RP Cenarion Circle

Main Character: Gorakinos

Race: Orc

Class: Shaman

Level as of Post: 52 seasons

I have slightly different feelings on rogues and PvP, but I'm also on a Roleplaying server where battle between factions is usually a matter of mutual consensus...in theory, at least. In defense of rogues on PvP servers, though, it _is_ a PvP server so it shouldn't be completely unexpected, and it can be hoped that the upcoming PvP Honor system will help improve the situation.

...While I sincerely hope your undead rogue doesn't succeed in this goal of hers, would you mind elaborating on the Shattered Hand? Since my character is a shaman, I haven't had many dealings with them and don't know a lot about their organization.

You also have 40+ characters, Nephalim.

Anyway, while I will admit to favoring the Horde over the Alliance, I am interested in both factions and the Warcraft world at large. I tried playing as a dwarf paladin named Geoden for a little while on the Earthen Ring, but this made it _very_ difficult to keep up with my Horde friends on the Cenarion Circle and eventually I switched back to primarily playing as the shaman Gorakinos. Once I reach 60 seasons, though, I think I'll try creating another Alliance character on the Earthen Ring to experience the WoW from the opposite perspective and see what the Alliance has been up to lately.|||Quote:

So do I. We'lll have to see how far she manages to take it.

The Shattered Hand is the union of assassins working for the Horde. I don't know what they're ultimately loyal to, but they have stated on several occasions that getting Thrall out of the way is their ultimate goal. However, Thrall seems to be pretty much on the ball with most of the dissident factions in the Horde so he's probably at least rudimentarily aware of this. They are in collusion with the Forsaken Deathstalkers.

True, but I don't see how that really effect this. I role-play pretty extensively when I play, and I role play differently for all my different characters. Inlokta, my tauren druid, refuses to talk to Braelyn Firehand. Illiantha, my night elf druid, won't eat meat. But this doesn't mean that I agree with what they're trying to accomplish.|||Server: Stormscale (PvP)

level/Race/class: 55 Troll Rogue baby! with engineering to boot!

Name: Zulkordjah. thats logic for you...

with my trusty Shadowblade(epic=), Im teaching everyone a lesson about poison. as for rogue assholes backstabbing you when fighting... thats just sound tactics. EVERY class jumps you when you fight a mob, no way around that. even ganking is to be expected when you are on a PvP server.|||Well IF I had WoW, I would be a Nightelf warrior and I would fight mostly in Alliance lands against the forsaken. . .|||Server: Proudmoore (PvE)

Main: Granis (took off the first name from the WC3 Strat Guide)

Race: Human (Always played em)

Class: Paladin (Him too)

Level as of Post:

Conflicts with horde:

Attack in a raid Tarren Mill at lvl 38, Defended Southshore from around 4 level 60s with 5 others ranging from 38-60 at lvl 42 (I think).

All the servers are down, so I decided to come back to these forums again :)|||My original goal was to overthrow Thrall, then launch a huge invasion on the human continent. Then I found out that you can't conquer the world by assasinating your own chieftain. Too bad - a server were the horde was actually controlled by yourself would be awesome.

yes, I knew what I signed on for when I entered an pvp server, but it doesn't stop me from silently cursing peoples names. But I have never ever seen a rouge fight fair. Either they are level ??, or they attack you while you're already in combat.

Hopefully the honor system will support fair fighting, otherwise all rouges will get set items before you can blink.

actually, most just ignore you. I usually ignore... maybe cast a couple of curses, but that's it.

In tarren mill, I've seen (often) invisible rouges just waiting for you to go by and attack the creeps. Attacking a unit in combat, I can understand, I've been guilty to that too. But these guys are unbeliveable.|||Quote:

Damn right, and for every single human/short irishman/gnome/treehugger I kill, I do it for the Horde.

I take it that you have been "suprised" by alliance rogues too often eh? Well why don't you go vent ur anger on them and organize a raid with ur friends?

Curious to say though, Warlocks are far more suited for ganking than rogues will ever be because of their long range DOTime spells, nice pets, and high damaging spells.

In fact I've rarely been ganked by a rogue, but countless time by spellcasters while riding through the Badlands.

Also, if you know anythign about WoW, you know that the Honor System will make ganking even worse.|||Foolish land-dwellers, the world belongs now and forever to the Naga.

A vote for Naga rule is a vote for sexfuliciousness.

NOTE: I completely disagree with kooaznboi's existance.|||Tauren hunter, who pwns your ass. Khadgar. GFG. You all smell like slay's mother's feet.|||IF i had WOW i would probly be a tauren shaman,if only because my pal who is probably level 40-something now needs some magic backup for his warroior, and i like shamans the best because of thw whoe totem thing and all:P

bieng a naga would rock, cause then illidan's outcasts could be a new faction with blood elves, naga and dranei(i have yet to dream up a fourth race )

if blizzard did an expansion pack for WOW like many other MMORPG'S have done(DAOC etc) i would slaughter a thousand alliance just to get my grubby little paws on bieng a naga, going around to lord it over people swimming pools|||just afer i posted,i thought of a new race: fel orcs

yes,my idea sucks, but so did the one about bieng a demon, with a pit lord male and a succubi female|||Server Type: RP Cenarion Circle

Main Character: Taurmaim (No last name, long story, will copy over from guild website soon)

Race: Tauren

Class: Druid

Level as of post: 60

Number of raids against alliance: Participated in four total, led in one. Wiped out a good chunk of Southshore with 60 rogue.

Anyway, should I post my main characters story here... or in the fan fic section?|||Quote:

Damn minimum character limit!|||Server Type: PvE Thunderhorn

Main Character: Rhozephus Spidertotem

Race: Tauren

Class: Warrior

Level as of post: 41(has been for the longest of time....our Alienware's brand spankin new video card has screwed up)

Number of raids against Alliance: 5 offensive raids, 2 counterattack, and 8 defensive...didn't lead in a single one...that's counting even the ones I participated in before I joined my guild.|||Character Name: Doomy

Level:59

Race:Forsaken

Class:Warlock

Been at 59 for about 4 days now, LBRS raids give crap for XP, and still no Grimoire of Inferno drop.

Since im the only warlock, and the only mage quit for the time being, I lead the AOE section of all raids.|||Im 60 now. yeehaw! and Kalos, why you never on the horde? =/|||It's sorta hard to switch from your main. I try to go on from time to time, Kalos the farseer is sort of my trademark. Must make more of an effort to boost him up a little. I'm also revising for my AS's now, so that's a huge chunk of freetime (and worry) to deal with before WoWing.|||It IS hard to switch from your main. None of my switches last more than level 6.|||Quote:

Hah, I've seen two Grimoire of Infernal drop.|||My god. I posted here two weeks ago and I have just leveled 4 levels. I have got to play harder.

Then again it might be because I started an alternate: an undead priest. Undead because I still wanted to be horde, but didn't want to start at the same place my Orc started.|||there is a rare drop in Eldre'thalas: a book written by Garona. I must have.|||they sold that at the ogrimmar auction house yesterday at my server... check it out there first, might save you a lot of runs.|||save me runs, lose me 100g. no thanks you =(
